Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for our coffee since it is a perishable food item. You can always contact us for any return question at Customercare@gourmetventure.com

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Cancellation Policy

You can initiate a cancel request within 24 hours from placing the order. You can contact us for the cancellation request at Customercare@gourmetventure.com

Refunds

Once you have cancelled your order, your refund will be initiated within 24 hours to your original payment method. It can take upto 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process a refund.

All orders placed on the site will be dispatched within one working day. Please allow 2-6 working days to receive your order.
