● ROBUSTA
The Robusta plant is easy to grow, so these kinds of coffee are available cheaply. They have high caffeine content, the taste is naturally bitter. The bitter tasted coffee is used to make instant coffee mixes and espresso drinks. If you are feeling lazy getting up in the morning, use these beans in your coffee. The coffee will light you up.
● ARABICA
These are the most popular coffee beans, premium and more expensive than ROBUSTA coffee beans. The result in the coffee is the perfect blend of harsh and sweet. Many coffee lovers use these beans in their coffee because of its complex taste that you can drink straight away.
Types of Hot Coffees
● Decaf
Coffee beans have caffeine. Different processes can be used to remove the caffeine. The coffee is made with these decaffeinated beans.
● Espresso
A shot of espresso is stronger than the amount of coffee. There is nothing different about the coffee beans, but when an espresso drink is being made the beans are more finely grounded and are made with a higher grounded water ratio than coffee. The result is a bolder flavor with thick concentrated liquid. It can be served as a solo short or be served as foundation in drinks like latte and cappuccino.
● Latte
It is one of the most popular coffees out there. It is made with a shot of espresso and steamed milk with a little foam on the top. It can be ordered plain or flavored shots like vanilla and pumpkin spice. Skilled baristas can often swirl some foam designs on the top.
● Americano
The flavour is quite similar to black coffee. It is made with espresso diluted in hot water. If you are making it on your own, we suggest putting espresso first and then adding hot water.
● Cappuccino
It is a latte with less steamed milk and more foam with a “garnish” of Cocoa powder or cinnamon on the top. You can get variations like using cream instead of milk or using flavoured syrups. It is usually served in a 6-ounce cup which is smaller than a latte.
● Cortado
A cortado is a Spanish drink. It has a perfect blend of espresso and steamed milk. It contains little to no foam. The milk is used to cut the acidity of espresso. Usually served in 4.5 ounce glass.
● Red eye
Red Eye is named after the annoying midnight flights, it can help you get up in any tiresome morning. It is made up of a full cup of hot coffee with a shot of espresso.
● Macchiato
It is a shot of espresso with a stain of milk or foam on the top. Macchiato means stained or spotted in Italian, so it means coffee stained with milk.
● Mocha
Mocha is a chocolate espresso drink with foam and milk.
● Galao
It is a hot coffee originated in Portugal. It is closely related to cappuccino and latte. It has twice as much foam as the other two which makes it lighter compared to the other two.
● Ristretto
Ristretto is an espresso shot but with less hot water making it less bitter than an espresso.
● Flat white
It is made of espresso and steamed milk with a ratio of espresso more than the milk. Baristas fold the milk while steaming that creates a different texture on the top.

● Iced Coffee
The simplest iced drink which is a combination of Coffee, some milk, cream or any sweetener with ice.
● Iced Espresso
Just like iced coffee it can be served straight with a cream or a sweeter, espresso and a dash of milk. You can also serve ice- specialty espresso based drinks like americano, mocha, macchiato, latte and flat whites.
● Cold brew
It is one of the biggest coffee trends of the current era. It is made by steeping coffee grounds at cool or room temperature which makes the drink smoother and less bitter than the other drinks which are brewed hot.
● Frappuccino
It can be used to describe wide varieties of espresso and coffee drinks that are blended with ice. The drink often contains milk and syrup, topped with whipped cream.
● Nitro
The coffee inspired by the beer industry is made by infusing the coffee with nitro bubbles which gives a “frothy beer-type texture” to the drink.
● Mazagran
It is an infusion of espresso, sugar, lemon, and sometimes rum.
